Overall, most of our expectations were met - we would have preferred to have a host or someone to communicate with us about. The NASCAR races were outstanding experiences and deserve a separate review. The South Point suite at the track was very nice, good wait staff, food, drink and was a great place to view the races - this was special. The bus to the race track was okay - nothing special, but we expected something special. My wife visited the Spa for an afternoon and rated it excellent. Good casino with a nice selection of games - a bit smoky, but no more than others. The suite was everything we expected - not elegant, but very clean, comfortable and spacious.
We asked to visit with the concierge and was told that the Bell desk is what they have - no worries as those guys did a great job taking care of what we needed. Arrived by hired car and no one was there to help us with luggage - went to the check in desk and the staff there were very accommodating - took a few minutes to check in and review the package details. First time to a race and this appeared to be the best way for the experience with accommodations, suite venue and transportation. First time off the Strip in 30 years and we booked the NASCAR suite package and upgraded to a regular suite.
